This page describes what this website and this office actually hold. It is not a recital of articles and it is not borrowed from another company's site: everything below was written by looking at what the eight pages do and at what is in the cabinet.

1 · The pages themselves

Cookies: None are set. Not for preferences, not for sessions, not for counting visits.
Analytics: None. No tag, no pixel, no script from anybody else's server, and no log of individual visitors kept by this company.
The one outside request: Each page asks Google Fonts for one stylesheet, which brings down the two typefaces this site is set in — Crete Round for the headings and Ruda for everything else. Your browser's request to that host carries your IP address and the usual request headers, in the same way as any other request to a third party. Nothing else on these pages comes from off this domain: the drawings are inline SVG and the two small icons are files served from here.
The two sheets: The pass planner and the dilution sheet on the front page run entirely in your browser. The figures you type are multiplied and divided in the page and are not sent anywhere, not stored and not recoverable by this company.
The web address: Opening a chapter of the matrix writes a fragment such as #ch-3 into the address bar so the chapter can be linked to. A fragment is never sent to the server by the browser.
Hosting records: Like any site, this one is served by a host that keeps its own ordinary request logs. That is the host's record, not a record this company builds, reads or uses.

2 · The inbox

contracts@bleuchip.online is the only address published here. What arrives at it is ordinarily a works order, a question about an order, an access arrangement, or correspondence about a property the company holds. Each is filed to the job or the property file it belongs to, and the thread is kept with it so that a decision can be read with the question that produced it.

The address list is not a mailing list. Nobody is added to anything by writing in, nothing is sent out to past correspondents, and no address held here is passed to anybody else or sold to anybody at all.

3 · The paper at 50C Ealing Road

Method statements and dilution sheets: Written before the visit, filed after it behind the sign-off they belong to.
Sign-off sheets: Rooms, operation, times on and off, drying times, anything found and left. Signed, and countersigned where there was somebody on site to countersign.
Key receipts: How many keys, from whom, when out and when back, stapled to the sheet for that visit.
Property files: For property the company itself holds under code 68201: schedules of condition, meter readings, reported faults and the repairs against them. One file per address, in date order.
Job cards: For vehicle work under codes 45112 and 45200: registration, mileage, reported fault, parts, and what was done. Vehicle documents are never filed here — they stay with the vehicle.
Waste records: Type, quantity, date and destination for anything taken away, including the contents of a wet pick-up tank.

Papers for a job are kept while the work they relate to is live and for twelve months after it closes, then shredded. A property file is kept for as long as the company holds the property and for twelve months after it ceases to. Nothing is kept because it might one day be interesting.

4 · What is published about the company, and what is not

The facts published across these eight pages are the ones that identify the company itself: its registered name BLEU CHIP LTD, company number 17428787, D-U-N-S number 235115978, the registered office at 50C Ealing Road, Wembley HA0 4TQ, the jurisdiction of England and Wales, the date of incorporation of 31st August 2026, the four SIC codes, and the corporate email address. That is the whole list.
